Finn River Black Current Cider

Finnriver Farm and Cidery's Black Currant Cider is a favorite of many. Made using 100% organic Washington grown apples (varieties include Granny Smith, Pink Lady, Braeburn, and Gala). After fermentation it is blended with black currants and unrefined organic cane sugar for sweetness and flavor. 

This cider is semi-sweet, with a bright apple fruit flavor that is balanced by berry complexities. Sweet notes courtesy of the apples, and slightly tart and sour notes courtesy of the infusion of black currants.
