Aroma is largely slightly musty lager aroma. Not skunky, but a bit musty, and oxidized. Slight hop aroma detectable in the very very back along with some vague crackery malts.

Flavor is similar to the aroma but brings just a little more. Some detectable hop bitterness, although not a lot, followed by some nice crackery malts. Sort of like a less hoppy pilsner or a more hoppy helles lager that has some oxidized characteristics.
